All orders are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation, through our shipping partner, Sendle. Sendle are 100% carbon offset, and utilise courier services. If unavailable in your region, AusPost will be used as the default shipping method.

Returns

If there’s an issue with your Lootos Design order, please reach out at lootosdesign@gmail.com and we can chat! Refunds are offered if a product is found to be faulty but unfortunately not for change of mind.
